On behalf of the Royal Danish Naval Academy, we are pleased to invite you to the 3rd annual Danish Student Conference for Engineering and Naval Technology (DaSCENT), which will take place on the 08th-10th of April 2026 at the former Royal Danish Naval Academy at Nyholm, Building 98, H.C. Sneerdorffs Allé 3 Copenhagen.

The theme for DaSCENT 2026 is:

Military Capabilities In A Modern World: New Solutions For A Rapid Changing Battlefield

Innovation in strategy and technology is reshaping how wars are fought. In this shifting environment, the maritime domain has become a critical arena, where advances in sensors, autonomy, AI-enabled decision-making, unmanned drones, and cyber resilience are transforming the battlefield. DaSCENT will feature key speakers from the defense industry, who will share their experience and expertise working with adaptive technology in the military.

During the 3-day conference you will be divided in groups to discuss the presented topics. Furthermore, the conference offers the possibility to network and socialize during social activities.
